Face Fear. Break Barriers.

Group Coaching with Immunity to Change™ Mapping

Explore what keeps you stuck, gain perspective from others, and begin working toward a change that matters.

You Know What You Want
But Can’t Seem to Follow Through

You Know Something is Getting in the Way of Your Goals

You may be functioning well on the outside while privately struggling with a pattern you cannot seem to shift.

You may keep postponing an important goal, pulling back when it is time to act, overthinking decisions, or repeating the same responses at work, in relationships, or in other parts of your life.

Understanding the Pattern Hasn’t Been Enough

You may understand the pattern intellectually. You may even know where it began.

And yet, insight alone has not created the change you hoped for.

Maybe There’s a Different Way

Group coaching offers a structured space to look beneath the obvious explanation, understand what may be keeping the pattern in place, and learn from others doing the same kind of work.

How the Immunity to Change™ Mapping Process Works in Group Coaching

✓ We begin with the Immunity to Change™ mapping process, a structured way of uncovering why an important change can remain difficult even when you genuinely want to move forward.

✓ The group is guided through a series of steps to develop a personal map focused on a meaningful change. Using focused questions, I’ll help you clarify what you want, identify what may be working against it, and uncover fears and assumptions that may be keeping the current problem in place.

✓ At every stage of the mapping process, time is set aside for both individual reflection and group conversation. You will have space to develop your own map while also responding to questions, listening to others, and using the group’s perspectives to deepen your understanding and notice connections that may be difficult to see on your own.

✓ You decide what you are ready to share, but the process works best when participants are willing to engage openly enough for the group to help bring the less obvious parts of the pattern into view.

✓ Once the map is clear, the work moves beyond insight and into practical action. With support from the group, you will identify small, manageable steps to take in your everyday life—real situations where you can respond differently, notice what happens, and gather new information about the assumptions shaping your choices.

How This Group Coaching Is Different

Most group coaching focuses on advice, accountability, building skills, and managing behavior.  The Immunity to Change™ mapping process goes beneath the skill-set level to make visible—and begin challenging—the hidden mindset keeping the pattern in place.

The Added Value of Working With a Group

There’s something uniquely powerful about working in a group.

When you engage with others who are facing similar fears and working toward meaningful change, insights deepen, new perspectives emerge, and it becomes easier to stay engaged in the process.

🔹 Breakthroughs Happen Faster

When someone in the group has an insight, it sparks something in you. You’re not just learning from your own experience; you’re gaining insights from every conversation in the room.

🔹 Stay Engaged and Motivated

Fear thrives in isolation. Working alongside others who are confronting their own obstacles can help you stay connected, committed, and moving forward.

🔹 See Yourself More Clearly

We all have blind spots. A group offers reflection, honest feedback, and fresh perspectives that can help you recognize patterns you may not see on your own.

🔹 Built-in Support and Accountability

It’s easier to lose momentum when you’re working alone. A structured group provides support, accountability, and encouragement as you put what you’re learning into practice.

🔹 Growth That Extends Beyond the Group

Real change happens when what you discover in the group begins to shape how you respond outside it. The group gives you a place to try new ways of showing up, learn from what happens, and carry those changes into your everyday life.

If you’re ready to move beyond familiar patterns and approach change differently, group coaching offers a powerful place to begin.

You May Be a Good Fit for Group Coaching If…

✔️ You value learning from different perspectives.  Hearing how others understand and work through their challenges can help you recognize things you may have missed on your own.

✔️ You thrive in collaborative environments. You appreciate the energy, momentum, and shared wisdom that come from working alongside others.

✔️ You’re open to honest, thoughtful conversations. You want a space where people can challenge familiar assumptions, reflect more deeply, and learn from one another.

✔️ You’re willing to look beneath the obvious problem. You’re open to examining the fears, beliefs, and assumptions that may be quietly working against the change you want.

✔️ You want support that helps you stay engaged. Being part of a committed group can make it easier to keep showing up for the work.

✔️ You want what you learn in the group to carry into your life outside it. The goal is to use the group experience to make sense of your own patterns and begin responding differently in the situations that matter to you.

What You’ll Gain from Immunity to Change™ Group Coaching

🔹 A Clear Map of What’s Keeping You Stuck
The Immunity to Change™ process gives you a visual map of the hidden system working against a goal you sincerely want to achieve. You’ll see how the different parts of the pattern fit together—and why your previous efforts have not produced the change you wanted.

🔹 A New Way of Seeing Your Challenges
You’ll stop treating struggles as personal failures and start seeing them for what they are—evidence of an unconscious system designed to protect you. This replaces self-criticism with a clearer understanding of why the pattern developed and why it has persisted.

🔹 A New Way of Creating Change
Rather than forcing yourself to behave differently, you’ll learn to observe the pattern with curiosity and test the assumptions keeping it in place. As new evidence changes the way you understand the situation, new choices become possible.

🔹 A Structured Process You Can Continue Using
You’ll leave with a completed map, an understanding of how to design and learn from real-world experiments, and a practical process you can return to whenever an important change remains out of reach.

If you’re ready to stop working on the surface problem and uncover what is actually keeping the change out of reach, group coaching offers a practical way forward.
